Today's
world is a competitive arena. So only the person with good skills
(soft and hard skills) survive. In
order to be a man of value, one needs to develop their hard skills
and soft skills. Hard skills are in the technical side like math,
programming and other subject related stuff. It is
easily quantifiable. But soft skills are harder to get and it
depends on personal traits and character and other emotional
characteristics.
If you ask someone to define soft skills, chances are you will be gettting a similar but obscure answers. Soft skills are what you call “Behavioral skills” i.e, the ability to interact with others in an effective and constructive way.
Most students focus more on gaining knowledge and uploading every bit of information into their brain but they totally leave behind other important skills which will decide their career.
